Fred and George- Patroni by olafpriol Fred and George- Patroni by olafpriol
I've always pictured the Weasley twins as having a foxes. I mean, Mr Weasley having a weasel suits him, but I can't imagine Fred and George having weasels somehow. Foxes are absolutely bonkers though, so they work pretty well I think (We have foxes in the park behind our house and they make a HELL of a din when they have cubs!).

The rest of the Weasleys? Well, in my opinion...

Ginny; Horse
Ron; Terrier
Percy; Heron
Charlie; Dragon (what else?! A small one mind you, perhaps a knucker or a lindworm...)
Bill; Leopard
Molly; Chicken (don't ask me WHY, I suppose she reminds me of Clucky from Robin Hood... plus, have you ever seen an angry chicken?! If not, play Zelda... they're scary :fear:)
Arthur; Weasel
Fred and George; Fox

Plural for patronus; patroni? Maybe? Going with the Latin sort of ending anyway... Patronuses doesn't quite sound right to me >.< The foxes came out a bit more Disney than I'd like, but still, I'm tired, so ner. :ignore:

Anyway, I'm NOT going to update for a while now. Honest. I know I said I wouldn't yesterday, but, well... um. I'll work on another fairly long comic strip thing now anyway, so I'll be busy. Consider this a thankyou for over 10000 page views! (I know it's way more than that, but seriously... wow).

actually, i kinda feel bill would have some kind of canine...
you know because he was bit by greenback and partoni can change
but then that could indicate that all werwolves have some kind of wolf-like patronus....
well, who knows

i agree with Molly's patronus completely, but for a different reason. Remember in the Chamber of Secrets movie when Ron and the twins have rescued Harry from the Dursleys and go back to the Burrow? Well when Molly makes her appearance and she goes "Where HAVE you been?!" me and my sister both think she sounds exactly like a chicken. We both take great delight in impersonating her whenever we watch that scene. =D

I always thought it'd be foxes, too. Foxes are clever, tricky, and are often depicted in mythology to fool and lure people based on charm and funny pranks. Sounds about right <33

It was said that after Fred ...passed..., George was unable to produce a patronus because all of his happiest memories were with his brother.

O-O Fred and George are my favourite characters and I am in LOVE with foxes. I'm wearing a fox shirt (not the brand) right now. And jeez those chickens are fierce! Killed me at least 20 times!

Think in the book it was "patronuses," but I'm not sure how reliable that is as it was Harry talking at the time.

Actually, JK Rowling confirmed on her website (I think in the FAQ bit) that the plural is definitely Patronuses. :)

Oh, believe me, I've seen an angry hen, the Zelda ones have nothing, NOTHING, on real ones.

My neighbors had chickens. They didn't realize until too late that they had a rooster.

Angry mother hen= NOT FUN.

I love this! The only thing that bothers me is that Seamus's patronus is a fox. Gah! The twins deserve better.
I always pictured monkeys. Or something random like a platypus.

This is so perfect! The drawing makes me smile :).
And the choice of patroni couldn't be better! I definitely think they'd have the same ones... and Foxes are perfect! They're sneaky and mischievous, but really smart and clever and love to run around and play... all traits of Fred and George! :D

Er, well, I'm flattered but even if I get only one page view I'd still hardly call that unappreciated so it really is very sweet of you but it's not entirely necessary, and it's really quite a bad picture. You can keep it up if you like though I really don't mind.

oh, I didn't really mean unappreiated in that sense, unknown would be better, because not so many people know about it. It's not really that bad.
Sorry for the confusion, but thx fr the permission to keep it up there.

OMG I THOUGHT THAT SAME THING WITH FRED GEORGE RON AND GINNY! :D I thought Charlie should be a phoenix, don't ask why. I don't know :P But yes, i though that ron should've been a terrier, Ginny a horse and Fred and George, foxes! THAT'S SO KEWL!!!! :D Okay, now that i've calmed down a bit, i really like ur picture. And i probably sound really nitpicky but the heads seem a little....flat? And yeah :P Really nice!

I like the foxes! They're cute! :O

I know why Molly reminds you of a Chicken. I'm not big into Harry Potter but I LOVE Fred and George (I didn't know Fred died, now I have to read it for myself)...but back to my original point. Molly reminds you of a Chicken because she's always "Hen-Pecking". :D

I totally agree with Mrs. Weasley being a chicken ... it's the "Mother Hen" complex ... has to keep all her chicks in a row. Plus, a long time ago, I heard a saying ... "A Rooster rules the Roost, but a Hen rules the Rooster". Which fits perfectly with Molly and Arthur.
