Oh yes, there is more, yet more! I'm having far too much fun breaking the rules here, and what better way to give our two red-haired heroes a tribute than by breaking rules, may I ask?
When I talk about characters I've invented, I refer to them as people, not creations; I don't write and draw them, they TELL me what they're going to say, what they're going to do, what expression they'll pull. So, I figured, isn't it up to Fred and George as to what happens? Fred can't dissappear because J.K. simply SAYS he's died- he's firmly implanted in the minds of readers worldwide not only as a person, but an idea. That's reason enough for him to be able to escape one of the 'realities' that has been set out by his author.
Go disillusionment!
This is what happens when you try and think up good excuses for denying what happens in a book... Plus, I love drawing these guys.
And yes, the "pushing up the petunias" is a sneaky link to that ever-so famous Monty Python sketch.
"If this twin wasn't nailed to the perch he'd be pushing up the petunias! This. Is an EX. WEASLEY."
ROFL! that is so in character for those too as well! I like to think they may have seen Python as some point in there lives... knowing Arthur, he probably does have an old TV around somewhere.

Of COURSE the twins know Monty Python! *tsk* They'll have certainly borrowed Dean Thomas's TV and tapes at least, I think it's pretty impossible for them not to have watched every sketch in the archives
Glad you like it! It the responses from you guys that make all the effort worth while.
If I've made a start on lifting spirits, then I'm doing well; it's the duty of a Weasley twin, nick-named or genuine.
And yes, if only, but consider for a moment that the books are, in themselves, fiction, therefore, the 'fact' that Fred dies is only factual in as much that it happens in that book. On one hand, Fred's existance is as fictional as a nargle, but then, so is his death!
^^ You're sweet!
I was more of a wreck after he went then I know is healthy for one to grow over a book character...
If you love the twins as much as I do, keep and eye open for Fred and George the Band! They'll be doing some nice stuff, I'm sure, in the future, in memorium....

Oh how I do love your take on this.
It's cheering me up considerably especially since she's killed off my other two remaining favorites.
When Sirius disappeared, I had to look to Lupin and Tonks and the Weasley Twins.
Now look what she's done.
